We recommend Members make all cancellations by email on the contact us page. Please address the email subject as BOOKING CANCELLATION

Landed Property Cancellation Policy (Resorts, Hotels, Villas)
Prior To Check In Points Refunded
60 Days or More 100% of your points
59 - 45 Days 75% of your points
44 - 14 Days 50% of your points
0 - 13 Days No Refund
How to Cancel a GVC Voyager or a GVC Gem Reservation
Cancellation of these reservations follow cancellation policies of individual cruise companies as well as GVC Partners and Associations and or any 3rd parties individual cancellation policy procedures. Please ensure when selecting one’s type of vacation to enquire with GVC Member Services pertaining to cancellation before proceeding with the booking.
