We would like to thank you and your staff for all of the ways over the corona virus pandemic you have helped your members. I am assuming it was all members and not just our family according to the letter we received.
Not many companies would pay back all fees and make sure we lost no points or other benefits which is very reassuring on our part.
We compliment your professional handling and understanding of this bad situation and are very happy to be associated with such an organization.
