We have just returned home a few days ago from our first points holiday and now writing to say a big thank you to everyone. Being all new to us we didn’t really know what to expect and if it would be value for money or not. You did not let us down. And yes, we did save money by using the points system.
We stayed in The Gran Melia Hotel in Rome, and it was an amazing place which your staff recommended. We would never in a million years have found or even picked this hotel if we did. We were in a full suite, and it can only be said this was absolutely 5 stars. Four nights was just enough for the trip we wanted and the sights we wanted to see. The food, staff and ambience were just great and after checking it would have cost us booking direct just over 1000 pounds. We saved with GVC points over 360 pounds, and we had breakfast each morning.
Are we happy? Very much so and will let everyone else know too. Your club works and your staff are brilliant, we can’t thank them enough.
