Delayed Thanks

We joined GVC Points a few months back and to be honest we thought it was going to be a disaster, upon arrival home and checking over membership details the agent had made some errors which took a few emails back and forward to resolve.

Next, we paid our levy charges which for some reason got returned to us with some confusion but again it was resolved amicably. However, you can imagine our concerns as new members.

As far as we are concerned now, everything is ok and are excited to be going on one of your cruises to Norway. All is confirmed and we are now on countdown to sail.

Although we may have started off as doubters its only fair, we let you know the resolutions were handled very well.


Our feedback will be coming after this cruise.
