We are just back from our first cruise with GVC and wanted to thank your customer service team for all the hard work they put in for us to make this a super holiday. In the end we took your team's advice, banked our points and made use of the GVC Grabs section of your website. We have never sailed on the River Rhine before and for such a price we felt what a chance to do it. The cheapest cruise we have ever taken I must say. This cruise was absolutely more than worth the money we paid and upon chatting to other guests on board we later found out some paid more than double what we did. Keep bringing us the ideas because we will try them and what great advice to save our points because we would never have taken that holiday.
