GLOBAL VACATION CLUB MEMBERSHIP
I am happy to say everything has worked out well with our purchase of your points. After a couple of misunderstandings we would like to say thank you for your help on getting things resolved speedily. After the presentation and getting home my wife and I had a few concerns which made us nervous. We called the sales team in The Bahamas who tried to put our minds at ease and we appreciated it, but to get a call from one of the owners of the company we felt was going beyond duty.
After spending almost an hour and really making us understand everything it was a nice touch. He even provided his personal cell number with instructions to call any time to discuss issues or concerns we had in the future. That's a company who cares in our eyes.
We look forward to our journey with GVC.
